Return Policy

1. Introduction

This Return Policy describes your rights to return products purchased from Xephylarthythron ("we", "our" or "us") and the procedures for doing so. This policy applies to consumers in Ireland and the European Union in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland), the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, and related legislation.

3. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods (or the last item in a multi-item order).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

6. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but the goods must be returned in substantially the same condition as received. Opened or partially used products may be accepted at our discretion; we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any diminished value.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

For sealed goods such as food supplements, if you have broken the seal for reasons other than to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of the goods, the right of withdrawal may be affected. We will assess each return on a case-by-case basis and act in accordance with applicable law.

8. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

If the goods are faulty, damaged, or do not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, incorrect quantity), you have rights under consumer protection law. In such cases:

9. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  2. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions if applicable
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Send the product to the address we provide, using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of posting
  5. We will process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned goods

10. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that you have sent them. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

11. Non-Consumer Purchases

If you purchased as a business (not as a consumer), the right of withdrawal under consumer law does not apply. Returns may be accepted at our discretion and subject to separate terms. Contact us to discuss.
